● 婴儿车、轮椅租借服务：

1. 免费租借时间：9:00-17:30。

2. 免费租借婴儿车、轮椅，观众需缴纳物品押金人民币300元/辆，填写《游客中心婴儿车、轮椅租借登记表》。

3. 婴儿车最大承载量为15㎏、轮椅最大承载量为90㎏，如果体重超过最大承载量将婉拒。

4. 协助观众检查婴儿车、轮椅是否完好，确认车辆正常使用并征得当事人同意后方可租借。

5. 租借期间，观众承担婴儿车或轮椅的保管责任。如遇丢失，请及时联系工作人员（028-68921800；028-87327392），若未能找回，需照价赔偿。工作人员向观众提供婴儿车或轮椅的发票复印件，按照不低于发票金额的50%协商妥善解决。租借完成后，会同观众检查车辆的完好度，确认无误后退还观众押金。

Free Stroller and Wheelchair Rental Guidelines

1. Free rental hours: 9:00-17:30.

2. Free stroller and wheelchair rentals require a deposit of CNY 300 per unit and completion of the Tourist Center Registration Form for Stroller and Wheelchair Rentals. 

3. Strollers have a maximum weight capacity of 15kg and wheelchairs 90kg. For safety reasons, usage will be declined if weight exceeds these limits.

4. We will assist visitors in checking the stroller or wheelchair for any issues, ensure it is in proper working condition, and obtain the user’s consent before renting it out.

5. During the rental period, visitors are responsible for safekeeping the strollers or wheelchairs. In case of loss, please contact the staff immediately (028-68921800; 028-87327392). If the items cannot be recovered, compensation based on the full price will be required. Staff will provide a copy of the invoice for the stroller or wheelchair, and a resolution will be negotiated at no less than 50% of the invoice amount.

After the rental is completed, we will inspect the item’s condition before the visitors. If everything is in order, the deposit will be refunded.

ベビーカー・車椅子無料貸出に関するご案内

1. 無料貸出時間：9:00～17:30

2. 貸出時には保証金300元/台が必要です。『観光センター ベビーカー・車椅子貸出登録表』への記入をお願いします。

3. 重量制限：ベビーカー15kg／車椅子90kg（規定重量を超える場合はご利用をお断りします）。

4. 職員が車両の点検後、正常使用を確認し利用者同意を得た上で貸出を承ります。

5. 貸出期間中の管理責任は利用者に帰属します。紛失時は直ちに職員へ連絡（028-68921800／028-87327392）。未発見の場合、原価賠償（領収書コピーを提供、金額の50%以上で協議解決）。
返却時、職員が車両状態を確認後、問題なければ保証金を返還いたします。

유모차, 휠체어 무료 대여 주의사항

1.무료 대여 시간: 9:00-17:30.

2.유모차, 휠체어를 무료로 대여합니다. 관람객은 물품 보증금 300위안/대를 납부해야 하며 《관광객 센터 유모차, 휠체어 대여 등록표》를 작성해야 합니다.

3.유모차의 최대 적재량은 15㎏, 휠체어의 최대 적재량은 90㎏이며, 체중이 최대 적재량을 초과할 경우 사용을 사절합니다.

4.관람객을 도와 유모차와 휠체어가 완전하고 양호한지 확인하고, 차량이 정상적으로 사용되고 당사자의 동의를 얻은 후에만 대여할 수 있습니다.

5. 대여 기간 동안 관람객은 유모차나 휠체어의 보관 책임을 집니다. 분실 시 담당자(028-68921800／028-87327392)에게 즉시 연락하고, 찾을 수 없을 경우 가격에 따라 보상해야 합니다. 담당자는 관광객에게 유모차나 휠체어의 영수증 사본을 제공하고, 영수증 금액의 50% 이상의 가격으로 협상하여 적절히 해결해드립니다.

대여가 완료되면 관람객과 함께 차량의 완전무결을 점검하고, 이상이 없음을 확인한 후 관람객에게 보증금을 돌려드립니다.
